FENSA – Setting the standard

The Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme, or FENSA, was founded by the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) and is recognised by the government.

As the industry standard for all replacement doors and windows since 1st April 2002, these products are expected to comply with the requirements. This includes adequate thermal performance and insulation measures. Double glazing and secondary glazing installations require professional and accredited services.
